The sale to Users of clothing items and related accessories under the "Archivio Miroglio" brand, as well as other items of different brands for which Archivio Miroglio has obtained explicit authorization from the respective owners and/or licensors (hereinafter "Products") marketed by Archivio Miroglio s.r.l. (hereinafter The Operator) through the dedicated area of the website www.archiviomiroglio.com, is governed by these website terms of use and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale [LINK].
The exclusive owner of the "Archivio Miroglio" trademark, as well as the distinctive signs present on the Site, including for the purpose of distinguishing products, is ARCHIVIO MIROGLIO s.r.l., which also holds the exclusive right to use them.
All Products illustrated on the Site are products/articles with trademarks legitimately available to Archivio Miroglio s.r.l.
Any unauthorized use or use not compliant with the law of the trademarks present on the site www.archiviomiroglio.com is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences. Regarding the Professional Customer, for all disputes relating to navigation on the Site by the Customer or the use of any functionality made available to them on the Site, the Judicial Authority of the Court of Asti is exclusively competent.
